Who we are

NervIQ.ai is operated by Amanda Battley, an individual. In these terms, "we", "us" and "NervIQ.ai" mean Amanda Battley as the operator of the service. When you use NervIQ.ai, your agreement is with Amanda Battley.

By creating a NervIQ.ai account, or by continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide an accurate email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share your login or use another person's account.

Subscriptions and trials

• NervIQ Premium is billed at US$9.99 per month and unlocks the full set of breathing protocols and extended history.
• Where a free trial is offered at checkout, a payment method is required to start it and, unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid month.
• You can cancel at any time from Profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Premium access until then.
• Staying on the free plan costs nothing and no payment details are collected.

Payment, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our own Refund Policy gives you a 30-day money-back guarantee on Premium.

Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use NervIQ.ai within the plan you have selected. We retain ownership of the service, its software, scoring methodology, content and branding. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent plan limits.

Misuse

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No infringement of our or anyone else's intellectual property.
• No interference with security: no malware, probing, scraping or attempts to access other users' data.

Free plan

The free plan allows one full check-in and score per day. Extended history and additional recovery protocols are part of Premium, available through Paddle checkout.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its outputs commercially.

No medical service

NervIQ is a wellness and performance tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. See our health disclaimer.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NervIQ is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
