Terms of Service

By creating a NervIQ.ai account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide an accurate email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share your login or use another person's account.

Subscriptions and trials

• NervIQ Premium is billed at $9.99 per month.
• A free trial may be offered at checkout. A payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid month.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Premium access until then.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are handled under Paddle's buyer terms and applicable consumer law.

Free plan

The free plan allows one full check-in and score per day. Extended history and additional recovery protocols require Premium.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its outputs commercially.

No medical service

NervIQ is a wellness and performance tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. See our health disclaimer.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NervIQ is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
