NervIQ.ai is a general wellness and performance tracking tool. It is not a medical device. Nothing in the app — including your NervIQ Score, pillar scores, recommended actions or breathing protocols — is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Scores are derived from self-reported ratings and short cognitive tasks completed on your own device. They are influenced by sleep, caffeine, environment, screen quality and how carefully you complete each task. Treat them as day-to-day trends, not clinical measurements.
Breathing exercises are optional. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath or unwell. Do not practise breathing exercises while driving, cycling, swimming, in water or anywhere a loss of awareness could cause harm.
Speak to a qualified clinician before using breathing protocols if you are pregnant, or if you have a respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, epileptic or psychiatric condition.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about any medical concern. Never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read or saw in NervIQ.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or a mental health crisis, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Using NervIQ does not create a doctor–patient or practitioner–client relationship of any kind.
