NervIQ.ai ("NervIQ", "we") provides a nervous-system and cognitive performance check-in service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you control it.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and, optionally, your name.
- Check-in data: the self-reported ratings you submit in the daily check-in and the results of the reaction, memory and focus tests.
- Derived data: your NervIQ Score, pillar scores and score history.
- Billing data: subscription status and identifiers from our payment processor. We never receive or store your card details.
- Technical data: error reports and basic usage events used to keep the app working.
How we use it
- To calculate and show your NervIQ Score and history.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To manage your subscription and trial.
- To diagnose faults and improve reliability.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your check-in results for advertising or share them with advertisers.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security. Access rules are enforced per user account: your check-ins, cognitive results and scores can only be read or modified by your own authenticated session.
Processors
- Our hosting and database provider, for authentication and data storage.
- Paddle, as merchant of record, for payments and subscription billing.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, check-ins, cognitive results and scores are permanently deleted. Billing records may be retained by our payment processor where required by law.
Your rights
- Access and correct your profile from the Profile screen.
- Delete your account and all associated results at any time from Profile → Delete account. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us.
